Manufacturer drops
adult video game
LOS ANGELES (UPI) — The
adult video game Custer's Revenge,
featuring a nude Custer sexually at-
tacking an Indian woman, has been
discontinued by the manufacturer
“We wiil be discontinuing Cus-
ter’s Revenge in our adult video
game line, said GameSource
spokesman Ricahrd Miller. “The
game came to symbolize rape and
racism in the eyes of too many
people."
GameSource disclosed Monday it
had taken over the North American
rights for sales and distribution
from American Multiple Industries
for their line of adult video games
The line was formerly marketed as
Mystique Entertainment
“We are 100 percent in favor of
good sexual fun between consenting
video images, but no company
would want to be associated with ei
ther racism or violence toward wom-
en," Miller said. “Such themes
have no place within the context of
a video game."
